We dropship all our products. The quality of the products and delivery times are determined by our suppliers.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Please allow for 2 to 7 days for processing and orders should take between14 to 30 days to reach their destination.
Shipping is free within Continental Portugal for all purchases above €15,00. A shipping fee of €4,99 applies for purchases below €15,00.
If you are located outside of Portugal and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at toysimply16@gmail.com.
Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax, or additional charge. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you made an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately to have it changed. If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee to the correct address.
RETURNS
All items are refundable up to 30 days upon delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo describing the damage to toysimply16@gmail.com. Once we review and determine if the damage is our fault, we will process a replacement immediately.
We also take back our products for resale and donations to charities and cover the shipping costs.

Our business model is our toy store. All the information on our Home Page, Gallery and Science Club have been curated from other sites on the Internet. This site was built on the Wix Platform and as such we comply with its term of use and privacy policy . For safety reasons, please do not share any private or confidential information with us unless absolutely necessary. We use Google Analytics to analyse our data and improve our performace.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a child under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send us any personal information about yourself. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at toysimply16@gmail.com.
